Binar Solutions AB provides software and hardware for lean production methods such as Takt, Andon and Pick-to-Light. These solutions utilize both in-house developed and produced hardware and the software to accompany it, and Binar is one of the leading suppliers of such tech in the Nordic countries.
My role at Binar has been as a software developer using mainly Delphi ObjectPascal, but also a bit of C# and React. Also, extensive use of SQL Server and some work on the Azure platform. Progressively, the focus has shifted from pure development to commissioning and sales support for Binar’s new and existing clients.
